Office 365: Approaches, Challenges and Successes
On February 17th, The NYS Forum Project Management Workgroup hosted an event entitled Office 365: Approaches, Challenges and Successes. This session was led by Christopher J. Ford, MSIS, PMP. The seasoned project management veteran, spoke to a crowd of roughly 70 (In person and Webinar). Chris did a fantastic job delivering a special presentation on the overview of the NYS Office 365 implementation project, describing the vision and objective of the collaboration effort.
The audience was able to learn and broaden their understanding of the NYS Office 365 implementation project to date from a Project Management viewpoint. The tools, techniques, methodologies used, the challenges faced, the lessons learned, and the successes achieved with the project outcomes.
Chris led an engaging discussion about key findings and experiences, and how the different approaches affected the project and decision making. The event concluded with an interesting Q & A session where Chris provided answers and additional insights to the audience.
