Presentation Overview

How can you ensure that your Project Management Office (PMO) provides value to your agency? The goals and functions of a PMO will vary from organization to organization. Understanding the types of PMO's and determining a PMO focus that complements an organizations culture are key to a successful PMO.

Meanwhile, organizations continually mature and evolve; functions that were necessary yesterday may be superfluous tomorrow. How do you keep the PMO focused on the right things at the right time? A "Scalable PMO" targets the current, most urgent needs of the organization it supports, because it constantly reinvents itself.
