Tony Concolino, Managing Director for QED National, will lead a Project Spotlight session sharing some of his experiences with large programs focusing on the key concepts that led to both success and failure. For this session Tony will describe some IT Transformation case studies and head the discussion addressing several key concepts such as:

Anthony (Tony) Concolino, Managing Director leads QED National's Solution-based Consulting Practices. As a senior Information Technology professional with over 30 years of experience, Tony's innovative style helped advance the use of enterprise technology in the banking and brokerage industry. Tony's experience includes nine years in global financial services institutions, where, as part of a multi-year, multi-billion dollar transformation initiative, he led large programs that dramatically increased service levels of Technology Infrastructure, Application Development, IT & Risk (i.e. Project Management, Quality Assurance, IT Operations, Business Resiliency, Governance, Risk & Compliance) while greatly reducing costs. Earlier in his career, Tony spent 18 years leading world-class market data and brokerage products at Thomson Reuters during which time he designed, marketed and delivered 3 generations of real-time products serving the global banking and brokerage community. Tony has also advised startup companies focused on building Cyber Security, Cloud, Virtualization, Big Data, DevOps, Financial and Digital Marketing technologies.
